Jirafe is the matriarch of our herd and the farm favorite for farm tours. She has a wonderful disposition, which she passes along to her offspring. She is an excellent mother and has had easy deliveries requiring little to no human intervention. Her fiber has maintained much of its fineness and her coloring is spectacular.

Hemsworth came into the world at a whopping 24 pounds. When he was just minutes old he followed his mama, Jirafe, out to the field to dry off in the sun. He looks to be every bit his father's son (Oakhill's Indiana Jones) from his massive structure to his coloring and his affectionate personality. John frequently takes Hemsworth on the quarter mile walk to the mailbox to get the mail. Our hope is that Hemsworth will become our community liaison for public events.
